Got to have my Louisiana fix.....I even cooked red beans , smoked sausage, and rice today

YEh.....I was supposed to cook it yesterday but I got sidetracked

It was so good I might eat the rest of it tomorrow.....my stomach don't know what day it is lol

Many of them are guest also!
I have been meeting a LOT of people at events that tell me they visit reguarly but arent members yet,...I welcome each of them to come join on up! Can you imagine how much bigger the LA member base would be if they did... I bet some of them are reading this right now, if so we invite you to jump on in and make your 1st post right now.. no better time to join.....

Might take a pic tomorrow....forgot to tonight....It was superb tho....I did use the mix that was in my goody bag.....and naturally I added a little more to it and I used Conukuh smoked sausage.
