You guys are most definitely welcome anytime. I have an outdoor kitchen as well about 100' from the house - full power, sink, grill, boiler, dual burner setup, etc. I have multiple acres of hardwood, so I don't need firewood. That reminds me, if any of you guys need firewood (oak, pecan, etc.), come on out and cut all you want. We have a reconstructed Cajun village in Lafayette (Vermillionville) that contacted me because they wanted to build an Indian wigwam from local wood. They wanted fresh timber roughly 4" in diameter to build it. They came out with all their trailers and got after it. All said and done, I can't even tell where they cut.

Randy, get it done before the freezing rain gets to your location. It is freezing rain outside here now. Was 80* here yesterday.

Back at it once again. Hung water and propane line today:

I use 1" copper for the water, don't care for PVC under pressure. Utilize the 1" to minimize the pressure drop. I keep the water well pump set at 90 psi, like my strong showers. I terminated the hot line because I will install a secondary heater. The line is there just in case. It's close to a 100' run to the addition bathroom. In the mean time, started the smoker bright and early:

Looks like you are doing a fine job on your project and cooking a fine meal to cap it off with. I was a carpenter for most of my working life and of all I have done I still find working on houses to be the most rewarding.
