There some good fish in there. I fish there a lot in early spring. You'll just have to find them they should be biting soon

Caught 14 little bass but zero crappie. Jigged docks galore, brush in the channel, trees layin down, anything I could see on down imaging or with naked eyes. Zero crappie. Are there any crappie in there? Any suggestions before I go back? Thanks.

All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.

I've heard of good Crappie there. The marina on the way in and way in the back too.

Little early IMO there
I agree it is a little too early. Don't know why. Back when I used to get to fish, I did pretty good about a mile this side of the marina castin roadrunners to the bank and slowly bringing them back in toward the deeper water. On the otherside and around the two bends from the marina, but, before the bridge, I would cast up on the flats in the stumps then let it fall once it reached the creek bank.
Good luck.

They seem to get in that creek in the spring for sure. Caught some nice ones LY in March and April mostly but the big bass is hard not to fish for when you are there.
Fished Friday morning. Wind was funny. Rained twice. Minnows in about 20 ' of water, not a bite. Put in at walking bridge, glad to see the new parking lot open, mabe not as crowded as last year. Didn't see any padstems like last year.
Iv'e caught some good ones there in brush across from the 2nd dock
In humble reverance to the GREAT I AM! THAT I AM!
