    Pretty sharp Greg, I've only cleaned about 35 with it so far, but it still has its edge

    I have a 9 inch stiff blade and I love it. Had it for about a year. I do struggle filleting the skin off tho.

    Yeah I have trouble getting the filet off the skin also, I usually scale them and leave skin on

    So I take it the blade is stiff? Never seen one of these.


    RCC, I leave the skin on quite a few of mine. It helps them hold together better when they are on the grill in my opinion and besides that, I like the skin.
