    Congrats.....I am trying too. Managed to loose 3 lbs my first week. Down to 248. (course I messed up last night when the wife brought in Chinese food.... love them egg rolls!)

    You and I are in the same place. I just started a weight loss plan on Thursday. Right now I weigh 278.8 pounds. I'm ashamed to say that I used to weigh 320 pounds and lost 100 pounds a couple years back. Unfortunately I have gained most of it back. Good luck brother, believe me when I say I feel your pain. I am hoping to get back down around 200 pounds this time. I can honestly say that loosing weight is one of the most difficult things I have ever done.
