    This is all I'm asking for. Maybe a stocked bar on top serving burgers. Couldn't cause a fraction of that marina put in at Sardis. I guess someone thought Sardis would be the next Pickwick.

    I bet you could easily pay for that place in the spring and summer selling burgers to boaters. Just drop em down from the balcony. Kinda like a Sonic on the lake. $$$$

    Can't remember exactly how they did that but don't think it's a private business .Put up a sign and try selling boats in the parking lot and see what happens ! lol .

    I'd rather sell "Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, Pepsi, Pepsi" from a houseboat in the marina!!!!!! I know that won't fly tho. :-)

    I think its a private business....they pay the COE a lease.....they do that all over Kentucky lake.....Teen Tomm water way too for Marinas
