I've owned 2 Skeeters in my time and both were built like tanks but still very fast and stable. There are drier boats out there but if I had cash in hand to buy a new bass boat, I would look at Skeeter first. Good luck with it.

Are we gonna have to change your User ID to "Big Red Skeeter" ??

(which, by the way, CAN be done ... or whatever other name you might want. You'll just have to request the change to Slab, via PM )

    ... cp

I just got a skeeter ZX200, red and black with a Yamaha 200 Sho, back in the fall and love it. Ain't got the rod holders on yet, but they are sitting in my living room waiting for warmer weather than below freezing here in ky. It's so smooth and strong. It is truly built like a tank. The sho is amazing. Great hole shot. I will gurranted you will love yours no doubt about it.

Ain't got to do any crappie fishing out of it yet, more than likely going down south this spring, but bass fishing it is doing great. It has a lifetime warranty on the hull so if something really bad happens it under warranty. I have only got to break in the motor at my local lake and fish Cumberland(which is pretty deep), but i ain't found any scratches or scuffing, at one tournament the wind blew us into a spot full of trees and we couldn't help hit some. We were afraid it would have scratches all over it, but didn't find a single one. Hope this helps you.
