    A few jigs I tied. I think the tails are a bit bushy but the crappie have been biting them lately...

    I don't think the tails are too long! I like mine like that. Good looking jigs right there!

    Your jigs are looking good. I've learned that when thinning maribou material if one use their fingers and pulls material instead of scissors it makes for a more natural look.

    Nothing wrong with the tails IMHO except the one cut off. I never cut any of the business end. I also don't tie in the stem. Feel sure they will catch some crappie!

    Nice jigs. Really like the chartreuse and black. That would kill em at my dock in April.
