    Default If this thing could talk....


    This is my grandfathers old cricket container. Knowing the kind of guy he was and how much he liked his beer I'd bet if it could talk it would have some great stories. Being a single guy and not having to answer to anyone I keep it on an endtable in my living room with a few other old keep sakes.

    I remember when i was a little kid the men would make those.....guess they did not have them in stores then and if they did...nobody could afford them

    Yes Sir, It looks to be homemade, with some plywood, some corner round and a soup can. No wonder it lasted so long

    it is homemade, looks like an old oil can cut in half in the middle.
