will take you up on that . I really like the 12 ft. Heaton much more than the 11 ft. Heaton . Seems to feel the stop of the jig bump better( especially with lighter jigs ) . Does the Ozark come in a 12 ft. with rear seat ?

Can y'all who had both b m and Ozark give your opinion between the two

I have 8', 11' , and 4 in 12' B-n-M Bucks Jig poles . Used only Buck's for years till MEATGETTER and Conway sent me Ozarks. They are extemely sensitive , strong , and I can swing a 2 lb Crappie in the boat with my 11' or 12' Ozark forward seat rods. I now own 5 Ozarks and Buck's are collecting dust in my shop. That Titanium tip sure beats knocking ceramic tip out of B-n-M rods too when I knock loose a hung jig. Lost count of replaced rod tips and front 1/2 's of B-n-M poles damaged fishing. Have yet to repair or replace any in over a year with Ozarks.

What action is best on an 11' pole, light or ultra light? I just picked up three new Crappie Maxx ones today. Went with the light on suggestion by the Bass Pro guy. Would like to know what you guys think.

Two of them are the red ones. They did not have three poles in the same length/action in any of the colors/lengths. Maddening! I wanted to get one of the green ones to go with the red ones, but they only had it in ultra-light. I figured it best to keep them all the same action, so I got a solid black one to go with the red ones. I will probably check back in a week or so and exchange it for another red one, because I like the colored tip. I figure better visibility on a hit, obviously.
