If I were gonna get a tin boat, I would not go too big. I think some manufacturers have not been able to get the twist and flex out of a bigger boat. This can lead to stress cracks and broken welds in a boat once it gets a little age on it. Just another reason to go glass.

    Default Biggest tin boat?

Xpress makes a 24' Bay Boat with Hyper Lift pad ride hull.

This is the H20 PFC Crappie model with the Hyper Lift Pad Ride hull. Very stable, no twist, and NO breaking welds here!!!!! FAST too!!! :-) Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1389141398.889260.jpg

I haven't looked in last couple of years but like Wannabe said, at one time Sea Ark made the biggest tin on the market, this may not be the case now tho.

I dont know anything about this boat other than it is red and looks like a heck of a buy to me. Even if you had to put 5 grand in it you would have a sweet ride, Or spend 50 grand to get a new one like it. Just my and Its a ranger
I don't think 50 g will buy this boat new, more like 60 I think

I have a 22' express, it fishes 4 people pretty easy and I've had no problems running it in the big water of lake Ontario and its bays and it will float in a foot of water.
