Good fish, use the depth finder and see where you are marking fish. I usually start off with 10 ft line and let my jig go slow to the bottom holding the line tight as it descends. This way you fish the whole water column till you find where they are at.
you can't grow potatoes planting pumpkin seeds stay on the forum sharing good info and taking notes and your harvest will be great! oh and remember to make soil test all ground is not good ground. hope we can help as we learn to be better

Good job Aaron, hang in there and stay tuned to this site. These guys are a great help and basically saved 2013 for me. But I had to get out of my comfort zone and do new things and go to new places to get things to happen. I haven't fished lake Conway in over 25yrs can't even remember much about it but I'm wanting to get over there soon and see what happens.

You just have to put in time. I am new to lake Conway. It's my Second year. I kinda have two areas figured out. It will pay off eventually. Red,white,pink,black with chartreuse usually does it for me depending on time of year. Play with those AMD maybe a electric chicken might get ya started. That's what I've picked up on so far...
