    Tommy I ate some turkey cooked in one the other day and it was very good. He injected it with Cajun Injector creole butter seasoning and rubbed it down with some olive oil and Tony Catchers.
    I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

    Next time I do one I'm gonna try smoking it for a little while first then put it in the cooker. I know the cooker has a tray for chips but I can get a better smoke on a real smoker.
