Keep us informed on the bird Maj. Thinking about getting the Charbroil propane model myself.
Academy has the Outdoor Gourmet electric today for 79.99 and the Charbroil Big Easy propane for 99.99.
Next time I do one I'm gonna try smoking it for a little while first then put it in the cooker. I know the cooker has a tray for chips but I can get a better smoke on a real smoker.
Gonna try the chip tray and the Cajun Injector too.
