    Hey Slab,

Your down by me now so we should hook up. I'm about 15 minutes from Kapowsin so I'm sure I'll see ya over there Perch fishing on American can be great too if the year class is right. I've caught some huge perch out of there then they disappeared but hopefully they'll be back this year.

driving a total of 6 hours for 3 crappie (6" each) and 2 bass (smaller then the crappie) is a waste of time IMO. i should have gone to lake washington

what new toys did you get from basspro? a good BPS order will always make you feel better :D

I got a Bionic Blade/Shimano Sahara MH combo, and a cheap berkley UL that was on clearance to round out the rods.
I also got some senkos (5", I have every size but the 5" which was weird), some slider heads you guys always talk about, and a couple of jigs.
I still have to make a cabelas order as well.

Yeah, I'm sure we'll run into each other out there at least once. I was going start fishing it the first week of April. I have some work to do on my boat first though. I have to replace my old seats, steering wheel, and a livewell pump.

CK, there are some nice small lakes in Federal Way. They all fish just like Blueberry does. Time it right and you can fill the boat with fish. Miss the spawn and you'll have to drag a jig around the weedlines to catch them. All of those lakes have nice largemouths as well. 3inch Senkos kill 'em. Trust me, try to spend some time on those lakes if you can. They are so underfished that it's not even funny.
