Yea i noticed the same thing about them not being spawned out yet. That really is wierd but probably just because we have not had too much stable weather. By the way i got a crappie this morning out of washington. Thanks CK14 :D

good luck tomarrow guys.. seriously, they are locked liped, they are on the bads I had about ten fallow a top water, and that is the only lure that I could get any attention on. I did get a little largie on it though, but it is tough. One fish may make the difference tomarrow.
To land one of my crappie i need a gaff and a .22 pistal :D

I don't think i caught your spot out, i didn't get that much action and they seemed pretty slow too. Also the water was more stained than i thought it would be, is it usually like that? o and i released thekm, they were small dark males maybe 8 inches about

it's not usually that stained. it will get clearer as the water goes down. when the weeds grow the perch and pumkinseeds will get in there thick. small though.

Yea the majority are all small ones, the big ones move in to spawn and then out right away once they are done but the small ones stay behind in the shallows. last year i found a weed edge in about 13 feet of water later in the year that held good sized pumpkinseeds.
