    yea i want to go somewhere too but i really need waders and the money to buy them, maybe i can just use some garbage bags (also a joke)

    You would be suprised what you can do with some trash compactor bags and some duct tape. Just be sure to wear something more than tighty whities under them or you might get embarassed like I did.
