I think you did good for your first time Chum fishing. It took me three fishing trips to hook one when I started out. And you're right, I need to tie up some more jigs as well. I think I'm going to use a little heavier leader this time as well. I was using 12lb leaders but got broke off a few times when I shouldn't have. I can't wait to hit the water again.
