    Default Fall crappie

So I have been fishing a new lake this summer and fall.
To my suprise some of the crappie I have kept since September have had maturing gonads. Both the male and females.
Just curious of how many of you have seen Wa. crappie do this in the fall?

I haven't been out lately for any crappie but I am hoping to get out soon so I will keep an eye out for it. I don't usually clean them by cutting into the gut bag I usually fillet them so I don't disrupt it but will take a peak if I get some. What area are you fishing?

You guys in Washington state that want to travel a few miles the snake river is still producing crappie. These are 9 to 10 inch fish some nice bluegills along with a few perch. Last report was November 16 steel good.
