I like the smell of licorice. :D

Use Anice Oil (I think I spelled that right!?) I used to use it years ago, when plastics first came on big time, and I actively pursued LMB. Kept my plastic / rubber worms and other such critters in "baggies" w/afew drops (and that's all it tkes!) of Anice oil. Also tried Vanilla extract, with disappointing results (but they sure did smell nice!):p
I thought about WD-40, 'cause I used to spray my kooks and other terminal hardware with it to prevent rust. But never applied it to plastics.
I wonder if Marvel Mystery Oil (referred to as "MMO" on my Motorcycle boards) would be any good as an added attractant? It smells pretty good to an old gearhead too!:D
well i know for a fact that WD-40 is a killer fish attractent. Back home in the north (WI) it has become so well know that the DNR has made it illegal to use on any artificial or real bait. If you ask any true fisherman from WI they all have a bottle hidden somewhere in the boat / Tackle box:D:. Never tried the CLO but i'm sure it works well too.
