Thread: Just say no to Berkley Cherrywood Rods

I have 4 Cherrywood rods, and caught many 1000's of fish with them. never broke one. But I have broke many other brands of rods, usually my fault.

I like the action of the cherry wood rods. I have 3 and have broke the tip of off one of them. I also have broke 3 Wally rods I bought at BPS. I guess it comes with the fishing. I have 3 lite ugly stick rods but for casting a jig only I like the feel of the cherry wood rods better. The tap of a bite goes all the way to the butt of the rod. I don't seem to get that with the ugly sticks.
