Best advice I heard was from CrappiePappy. He said turn your phone 90* before taking the picture.

Some phones don't jive with this site & picture posting orientation ... turning the pics 1/4 turn to the left. Easiest & simplest way to combat that is to take the pic with your phone 1/4 turn to the right. It may look correct on the phone, or posted in other websites, but for some reason there are phones that this site cannot correctly read the orientation specs & tries to correct it by putting the picture into "landscape" orientation ... even though the pic was taken in "portrait" orientation. That's why you get pics laying on their side ... if the pic was taken with the same phone & turned 1/4 turn to the left, then the picture will come out upside down

Ain't nothing we can do about it on the site ... so it's up to ya'll to remember to take pics you want to share on here, with those phones that are affected turned 1/4 turn to the right.

Anyone not sure if their phone pics will come out this way .... take a pic, any pic, with the phone straight up/down & then post the pic to the TEST FORUM. If it comes out correct, no worries .... if it comes out sideways, then the easiest way to fix it is to remember to turn the phone 1/4 turn to your right (top of phone pointing to your right side) when taking those pics you want to post here.
