Fished below the dam yesterday afternoon. 5-6 boats hovering, but didn't see much action. Idled a while and marked a few fish deep. Didn't see any shallow. Put out some minnows and managed 6 crappie, 2 catfish and one perch. Weather was nice. Wind died at 4pm. What a beautiful sunset.
