What happened to this forum ?

Don't seem to be much interest in my fishing hole, Buggs Island, as when I first joined. The Bashes here used to draw a crowd. We still catching thousands of crappie each season, still throwing most of'em back...still putting in 30-40 new brush piles each yr.

I'm heading out to bob's fishing hole tomorrow for the first time. I haven't been fishing in a few weeks due to the high winds.

This is a wonderful site. Great people running it. Great people posting in it. I encourage all of you to post your pics, give a (little) info, host a bash in your neck of the woods. It's easy.

Still my number 1 favorite web site! Spend more time reading on Main Forum and Electronics Forum than here on the VA board. Lots of great info available. Don't post many fishing reports but I agree with Doc on the Buggs reports. Plenty of quality fish available and willing to bite if you can handle the weather. Thanks to Doc and many others there is now more brush than you can fish and most of the ones that top out at 10 to 15 feet have fish on them from one end of the lake to the other. Tight lines to all.

I have only crappie fished for two years now, and have learned much on the main forum. Will have to remember to post reports on this forum.
