No fishing or boating is permitted in Lake Wright. We are having issues with people fishing from shore at the old ball park area behind the Lake Wright office park as well as the former golf course, soon to be Outlet Mall. Boats have also been reported in the lake. Signs have been removed, trails cut, trash left on shore.

Fishing from shore or by boat in Lake Wright is a Class 1 misdemeanor, which could result in a fine of $2500 and/or 12 months in jail.
