Be nice if they would be extending it, so it would be easier to launch more then a kayak, when the water level is this low. Huh Anchor Man?

Well Mark all you have to do is walk down the shore line about 50 feet and launch the yak.

I always thought it would be nice if they'd add a little more angle / decline onto the DR ramp. It's just long & flat.

Been dragging the yak over to the middle of the sand bridge that connects the island and launching from there. Have seen Jon boats in there and a bass tournament several weeks ago. But it is nice without a crowd. Maybe they are going to extend the ramp? Water level should be coming up as I've been told that the work on the dam is complete.

The crane was still there yesterday. Have they removed smaller pieces of equipment?

I saw a tractor trailer loaded with what looked like wood beams pull away last time I was there.

Sounds like we need a hurricane to get the water level up.
