    Default Nice day today


    Today I took a new friend out and showed him how to spider rig and what baits work best for me. He did very good for the first time and caught his first 2lb crappie ever. The lake has finally combed down and looks good for the next 7 days.

    Nice fish! I see you guys in heavy jackets, guess what it felt like on a roof at the Va. Beach oceanfront at 7:00 am this morning?

    Great report Vic!!! I just got my new 16 footers and tried them last sun and they worked great. I know it stinks when you get to your vacation place and the winds blow. Good thing your there for the winter. Thanks for the reports and pictures.

    What kind did you buy? I brok one of mine and called Ed Duke the guy I bought them from and he is going to replace it on charge. I tore em up today, lots of big fish.

    I ordered 4 southern crappie 16 foot rods. I ordered them on line.
