Thread: pond and river specks

Went to rockahock Saturday. Was slow but steady enough to keep me amused. Mostly Dink's and couple small bass caught on minnows. About 15 crappie,best was only 10 inches. Kept 5.Went to local pond Sunday and fished from the shore with leftover bait and did real good for two hours of fishing. Caught about 25-30. Kept 5 between 10-11.5 inches and all the fish were way fatter than the river fish. Go figure huh. Pics of pond fish and my old man. My favorite fishing partner.
