Man, we couldn't even buy a bite today except a handful of young 'uns too young and stupid to know they weren't supposed to bite either. I can honestly say I went through every color combination in my arsenal (and its a big one, I have an uncontrollable urge to press the buy button when shopping Overstock dot com, whilst other women are at the mall) and tried every presentation we could think of. Pppffft. Only things we did not try were minnows and trolling the middle (because we didn't have any and don't know how). But I saw some folks that looked like giant spiders out there and they weren't getting anything either.
Now we've got no fish and the yard is still full of leaves. Sure hope ya'll had better luck today!
Maybe tomorrow will be better...either that or get up leaves. Tough choice....not!

We're going to try the Roanoke side tomorrow. We got leaves up so we can fish guilt free.

Bite was tough at my end too, only caught around 10 mixed bag.

I spent 5.5 hours in Suffolk, Va and caught 19, with most around 10" and one big one at 14.25" and 1lb 11oz.
