I have been trying to think of the name he gave it as he took it fishing with him as well. I want to say Chip.

I thought his bit on southerners and your grits was pretty funny, he said hard as he tryed he could nt get nothing from em, had a picture of him eating, smoking, snorting, and the last one was him with a spoon full of grits and a syringe. Definitely a character...

I can't even begin to say how sad it makes me to see ole Jeff die like that. I knew him very well and while I wouldn't even pretend to be as unique and funny as he was we grew up in much the same way. I fished with him one bash and a couple other occasions. Offered his boat to me so i didn't have to drag mine north to fish the trolling motor only lakes with my boy. One day on the lake up there a friend and I were fishing under the bridge and Jeff came walking down the road whistling Dixie and said "I got something for you and knew you'd be here". He tossed me a pack of my favorite jigs because chatting the night before I mentioned I couldn't find any south of the tunnel. I'll miss you buddy R.I.P Jeff.
