    Default Still a few big girls around


    Been catching lots of little fish but did manage to catch this nice big 16" girl right before dark last night. She hit a minnow around 6' deep, really make the drag squeal on my ultralight reel. I need to catch one this size or bigger this Saturday at Buggs for the Bash. Fish overall have been biting light, when they pull your cork down they don't move until you set the hook and have really caught most fish on plain jig. Lots of dark males holding tight to the shoreline. Seen this eagle looking for some fish as well. Get'em while you can. All fish released by me, not the eagle.
