Joined the 3 pound club today
I had a great time fishing with Jimb and Wes/ fatslab today. We caught some real nice fish and a few Big citations. Wes caught a nice 15" incher and I got luckey and caught a 3pound 2oz slab. I've been looking for this fish for a lot of years and finally caught it. Thanks Jimb for inviting me to fish with you today. Great job on the net Jim, I really didn't know that the fish was that big until Jim measured it at 17.50". Some fish were caught casting to the shore but most were caught long lining. The Big fish were caught long lining in 4' to 8' FOW.water temps were 59 / 60. I fished hard in Florida this year and caught some real good fish but Virginia has some good size fish also.
