Only light rain and temps in the 40's in Virginia Beach. It was in the upper 40's last night.

We warmed into the mid 40's last night and rained. Roads in good shape once You get to Williamston. Even better Windsor. Roads should be good for You by the time You need them to be.CF

I knew it was gonna melt overnight so I didn't bother popping up a weather alert. I had 5 inches of snow on the lawn last night and a soaking wet lawn this morning.
Temp bottomed out at 32 around 6pm and started climbing by 6:30pm. Rain started around 8pm

Long range hourly forecast is calling for rain from 3am to 6am and then clearing. I don't care if I get delayed for an hour or so fishing. Probably just going to get the interior of the boat wet on the drive up. Carry some blue shop towels for drying off everything.CF

I took my wife to work this morning and picked her up this evening --> She is a Nurse and works 12's. Roads were so/so this morning and much better tonight. So I don't think there will not be any problem Saturday morning. Last year I think I saw Dayton at the hotel pool and an still traumatized 1 year later by that sight. This year he is saying he is bringing his brother in law for evening of wine drinking :S. Ummmm I am just going to leave the house dark 30 Saturday.

Regarding the wet boat seats, I always wear rain pants in the winter. It acts as a good wind break. Boats all charged and ready. See ya Saturday morning
