    Default Hit gaston today

    I carried a friend to gaston today,first time out in a while and was getting restless .water temp was 37 ,we fish 24 fow a foot off bottom,casting and slowly moving bait,would not take bait if you put action in it,all on jigs and sometimes we would use nibbles on it.had 35 and he keep 19 from 11 to 15 inch,one was 15 and 4 14 Name:  image.jpg

    Nice catch Gene, you did better than I did, but the water temp here was 57.

    Way to go Genec. That is really slowing down your presentation in COLD water. You always seem to figure them out regardless of conditions. Good job and glad you got out on this unusually warm day...felt good outside even tho I was working. FB

    I would have thought that with the weather as bad as it's been, that a mess off quality fish like that would put a smile as big as Texas on your face. All I got for my efforts yesterday was blown off the water when the winds shifted.
