    Default Good day fishing

Gene and I finally got to go fishing at Kerr again today. He still real weak but we took it slow and really enjoyed the day. Started off a little cool but warmed up nicely, I got big fish today but he beat me in count. We had about 75. My big one was 14 in. And then a 13 1/2 . Genes was 13 3/4 in. Caught on brush piles 5 to 15 ft. Deep in water between 12 to 30 ft. Third caught casting rest jigging. Really LOVE my guide and I get to carry him home with me .Name: image.jpg

WTG Gene and Elaine, those are some good looking slabs. Funny how the cold water makes them look silver. Hope you all get to go more often now.

First it was that couple fishing team down in Florida, now it's a different couple fishing team from North Carolina. Next it will probably be that couple from the VA mountains, all catching big fish while I have to work. Boo-Hoo, guess I need to talk to Santa and let him know what this no fishing couple team here from central VA wants for Christmas.

Really glad to hear (and see) that the 2 of you got to get out and have a great day.
