    Default Hit Gaston this evening

Carried a friend and his grandson fishing at Gaston,we didn't get there till 1:30 and fish to 5 .we caught about 30 ,had a16 inch,2 -15 and many 12-13 ,did not have scales but a guess weight of almost 2-1/2 lbs, they were solid and thick, caught on 1/32 white stinger and he caught some on small white hair jig about 15 feet deep in water 28 feet deep.i look for my box of skinnie white stinger baits and they must have blowed out of boat, had to be over 500 baits, well I know what I need to do tomorrow .Name: image.jpg

Now that's a great report Gene. Glad to see you out on the water. I see you don,t have to come to Florida to catch slab crappie. Congrats on the catch, take care and keep those reports coming.Maybe you could get our friend Roy out to catch some of those nice slabs.
