    The time is here when crappie fisherman that lack skills (like me) can catch them up in Suffolk lakes. Son was in town and we spend 3 hours drifting deep water and came home with 16 fish between 10 and 11 inches. Jigs tipped with winnows. White best color, 22 to 27 feet of water.
