I tried to get out in spite of the wind, but wife put her foot down (doesn't do that very often). Son and daughter-in-law had their first child Saturday (our fourth grandkid), and wife said I needed to be there. Didn't get a positive response when I said I could see her later. Better part of valor, I decided she needed to win this one.

Mike the weirdest thing happened to me i had the opposite happen!! Girlfirend put her foot down and said that we were going even after I told her the updated weather and likelyhood of cold poor fishing. We caught a fair amount of fish but weather sucked.
I think I am in the twilight zone or something!
