well... after several days of thinking about the best way to get this heavy boat onto the correct trailer i finally did it! i took two saw horses and a 4x4 beam and placed the beam on top of the saw horses under the bow of the boat. then took a floor jack and jacked up the stern lifting the boat off of the trailer. while the boat was being suspended by two saw horses, a 4x4 beam and a floor jack i rolled the way too small trailer out from underneath and then slid the correct trailer right on in there and lowered the boat down! worked great!!!

here are a few pictures of how she looks now.

    no more negative tongue weight!!!

Hey, on the transom low looks like some corroided areas. My tracker had this on transom also. Later I found 2-3? minor spots on bottom. I bought a can of alumium spray paint and it covered it just fine and looked great... I ended up doing whole bottom of boat up to first bend above water line. One plus was, the boat was faster after paint! (slicker bottom) And it also stopped a minor leak that was proving hard to find.

Don't let the American Pickers see the picture of your driveway. They might want to stop and go through all that stuff!

In pic, the starter looks like is engauged with flywheel. It is not supposed to be, Unless started solenoid is "on".
Who's Camper? Would be nice for a week or 2 at Buggs!
