    Default Feeder Ditch

Went camping over the weekend at the Army Corp campground near Lake Drummond. The trolly was locked out so we fished the feeder ditch and the yellow perch were biting, No casting just dip a small jig into the water and lift one out. I caught about 20 and brought home 3, at 10-11 inches busting with roe. I was surprised there were 5 tents set up Sat. night and it was cold. Water is off but there is an outhouse. No bears and no bugs. The canal that leads to lake Drummond is called the Feeder Ditch accessed from rt 17 opposite ballack rd. Campground is open year round and free!
