You beat me by about 7 trips and 150 fish. Hope it is a great year for you.

i managed 11 trips this past year with a total of kept fish at 152. all of the trips were made in the cooler weather, jan-feb then oct-dec. of the latter only 11" or better fish were harvested. my biggest went 14 1/4". my worst day was only one fish which was in october during the bash [pre-sandy]. hoping the coming year i can eek out a few more trips, we will see.

Mark, I believe you beat my totals also :D ( see you monday..?)
Averages are the best way to compare results from year to year, among your different fisheries, and among anglers. Your "keeper" numbers work out to an average of almost 14 keepable-size fish per trip--an excellent result! The best I've ever managed for a year's fishing was 10--in 2012 it was 6. There have been a few cases where an individual fishery averaged higher for a year, but then it would drop the following year. Keep those reports coming!!
Wyg woodduck,not a bad adverage,keep it up
