the banks under the bridges have a slope to them and most of them are concrete. don't know how good the footing is
True, of course. Most of the folks I've seen fishing them were fishing minners under bobbers and casting down from on top. Then, they just drag 'em up the concrete bank. Prolly does a good job scaling them that way 2.
