    Default First Buggs trip...advice?

A buddy and I are planning a trip to Buggs (Calico Smitty from a bash in 08 ro 09) anyway I decided to hire a guide the lake is overwhelming for me and my 9.9 is not going to get it done.
I'm hoping for suggestions for a good guide this will be my first time fishing there, we don't have dates set up as of yet but it is planned for November we're talking about renting a cabin if we can get more folks involved....
But all inputs are very welcome

Cabins at Occoneechee are nice and reasonably priced also right at the clarksville bridges, kind of a central location. Be sure to take a hand held GPS to take with the fishdoc LOL. And your boat. I only have a 1448 with a 9.9 but have managed to find fish regardless of the expansive water. Pick a creek and fish it hard you might stumble upon a hotspot 'brushpile'

hey mike are you staying more than one day? some of us do the cabin thing in late feb and anybody can go. we all split the cost. last time we went it cost 75 bucks each. if your staying longer than a couple of days i'll give you a few places to try. this time of year the fish will move to the backs of creeks in the late afternoon. hope you guys catch a monster. tight lines JIM,B

We're planning to fish maybe one day and possibly rent for two to rest prior to the drive back, the price will be a factor for me :o we're still working on it.
