    My 141c Is reading 50* off on the water temp. says the water temp is 33-38* !?! sonar is still perfect but also has alittle fog under the lense...im gonna try to put it in a bag of rice tonight hopefully that will take care of the moisture. still confused as to how the temps so far off

    Well, I thought maybe it was reading in celsius but that would be 91-100. Hmmm.

    It might take several days for that rice to draw the moisture out. It does work tho.

    Nah...baby needs a new pair of shoes lol. The birds resting in a rice bath as we speak. I switched transducers with my 385ci and same deal. Must be the unit oh well ill cut the temp display off on the 141 and just look back at the 385 for a temp reference. im usually more focused on temp while motoring anyway

    Temp problem does stink. The rice just might work. Help it along by letting he unit heat up and drive out some moisture. I recommend setting the sealed bag in your car while you are work for 3 days or so. Get hot and breathes and the rice will soak it up.
