    Default short trip to BM 1400-1700


    posting from phone so this will be quick. WT 49, live bait was a waste of $, lake fork purple shad in 20-26 fow, 18 ft deep. Caught several handfuls (literally, that was the size) specks were biting when I could find them. Nothing over 10 in.

    seems like b/m is tuff after the spring. one of these days someone will get on those big specks and i hope it is one of us. keep trying russell.
