    Default 12/26/11 chick river report

started out at first light. WT @ 44*, minnows at 10'. ended up w/ 8 keepers before being blown off the water around 2:00. the first fish was 13", thought that it was going to be a great day with multiple big fish but the day was fairly slow. went up next to the dam trying to get out of the wind and my fishfinder lit uponly to find out that they were catfish that were more than willing to eat my minnows. nice trading fish stories with you native2000Name: 2ND ROUND OF DOWNLOAD PICS 104.jpg

Nice meeting you yesterday. I watched alot of guys at the dam catching cats on minnows but I ended up with 15 keepers
there on jigs. Didnt think I had that many till I got home. But like you said it was slower than it has been. Good luck on your
costa del mar search , the green 580 lens are the best for fresh water sight fishing I have the blue 400 lens and I like them
more for offshore. See ya on the water!
