i hope to be there this sat,we are going to get the boat back friday they say,red,white and black hydro sprot,it will be the one following fishdoc catching the 3 lbers he leaves behind lol.we fished butchers sat and only caught 40 with 14 keepers.i took my boat for the fisrt time since may,it fired up and off we went,got to the brushpile and my son said dad there is water coming out off the floor,back to the boat ramp hoping that the plug came out and we could replace it,not the problem,it had about 80 gals of water in it.o`well.

IBNFSHN, yes i fish a lot durin week..work 2nd (3-11) usually fish from 7 to noon...bout 3 or 4 days a week!!!

I'm just going to have to go when ever I can. I will most likely camp one of the weekends in March and maybe another day trip as well as some post spawn in May. I'm sure I will stick to Buffalo, Seems to be my best bet. There's just not enough light in the day, day's in the year, or even weekends when your talking what you want to do v's what you have too.

I plan to burn a few vacation days during March also. Plan to get to Kerr for at least two days (spend one night in Clarksville). Probably just stalk Bill and pull infront of what ever he is doing!

Then go and win Bobcats March tournament, since by then I should have 3 days of crappie fishing experience! Hot Dang!

i have a vac. the 12th of march...full moon week..thats when the bigguns bite!!!usually catch a citation or 4 (last mar.) durin that week!!!LOL

reelfun, if you come down in may the good crappie have usually left buffalo by then..we catchem that time of year on the main lake points from buffalo down stream to the bridges at clarksville. mostly on the rock points and the bridge pilins. hope this will help you some then!!

My friend and I fished Buffalo Friday, had a decent day.
Spoke to the fishdoc as we were passing one another.
I plan to fish this creek about every week from now through
April if my health and the weather permit.
