    Default kerr lake today


    fished butchers creek today caught 130 with only 15 keepers 3/4 to 1.5lbs all caught on 1/32 and 1/64 deer hair jigs in 7 to 20 ft of water.temps were 47.4 degress and medium stained.who wants to go next?:D

    I replaced the trolling motor and installed some pole holders on my buddies boat today. Does that count? Looks like you stayed a lot busier than I did tho.

    Dave where were you yesterday? Most our time was spent on brush you can't see from the main run down Butchers. Panhandle had nothing happening. Marked fish on the bush but not a bite. Did you come down the lower end or did you stay in the upper.

    andy we fished tates creek,the dyke and tried the back of the flats but they were not there,most of our fished came from tates,with some of the bigger ones at the dyke.altogether we fished 5 brushpiles.we started at 7 am and finished at 4:30 pm.

    dave, have you tried trollin the back end of butchers yet? i've caught them back there in 46 degree water in the past..mite be a time of year thing though. good catch btw! fished philpott sat. caught 1 bass...back to buggs next trip...

    We caught alot of dinks at rudds sat. had 4 pushing a heavy pound 2 to 3 at 3/4lbs.But it was good just to be out. Dave I'm getting that motor Sunday maybe I can get away from that bridge. GOD Bless everyone and good fishing.Russ:D

    fishdoc,i trolled from the s to the back with corks and only 2 dinks,but i did notice so fish on stumps just passed the s curve,just didn`t have time to work on them.
