We have a storm coming in tomorrow calling for 1-3" of rain, so after mowing the lawn and getting chores done I figured I'd head out fishing for a bit. It was just starting to sprinkle, about 6-ish. First fish was bluegill, second was a nice crappie, it would be the only crappie from that body of water. The bass on the other hand were fired up. Probably caught 6-8 or so, also a really nice perch. I had to take a picture next to my boot for size reference. I also caught someone's bass tackle that were stuck together! I'll pass them onto the boy, he's more of a bass guy. The rain stopped for a bit and I got a pic of a rainbow that looked like it was literally at my house.

After about an hour I headed to another lake on the property and got into some crappie (all small), more bass, perch and bluegill. All fish were released. As I left I spotted two fox playing in a field under a killer sunset. A nice cap for the evening
