Thread: Ice

I’ve had a slow winter, the ice took much longer than normal to develop and I’m trying to remodel my kitchen which cuts into my leisure time.
I got out one night last weekend and caught around 20 fish, mostly crappie but a few yellow perch as well. I generally have my best luck in the few weeks before ice out and I’m planning to fish tonight again.
